Περιγραφή:
To 3015 Ανω τμήμα 2.5 μέτρων με δακτύλιο, για πυλώνα 180 SE της TELEVES, είναι κατασκευασμένο απο γαλβανισμένο ατσάλι και δίχρωμη επικάλυψη. Με χωνευτά ρακόρ για την συναρμολόγηση των επι μέρους τμημάτων, σε συνδυασμό με στερέωση μέσω ατσάλινων αντιρίδων. Η διαδικασία τοποθέτησης, ανύψωσης και στερέωσης σε κάθε στάδιο, πρέπει να διεκπαιρεώνεται απο εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό, με χρήση των κατάλληλων εργαλείων.
ΑΣΦΑΛΕΙΑ: Αν η τοποθέτηση πρόκειται να γίνει σε οροφή ή σε άλλο σημείο κτιρίου, έιναι απαράιτητη η συνδρομή του υπεύθυνου μηχανικού του κτιρίου, προκειμένου να παρέχει πληροφορίες για την μηχανική αντοχή του σημείου στερέωσης και των σημείων αγκύρωσης.
ΠΡΟΣΟΧΗ:
Η εγκατάσταση πυλώνων απαιτεί υπολογισμούς και υλοποίηση απο εξειδικευμένους επαγγελματίες οι οποίοι αναλαμβάνουν και την ευθύνη της εγκατάστασης. Οι πληροφορίες που περιέχονται στην ιστοσελίδα τους και στα σχετικά φυλλάδια είναι καθαρά πληροφοριακές και τα δεδομένα που περιέχονται δέν επηρεάζουν την ευθύνη του κατασκευαστή ή οποία αφορά αυστηρά και μόνο την κατασκευή των μεταλλικών στοιχείων, με την προϋπόθεση οτι γίνεται η ενδεδειγμένη χρήση τους. Είναι απαράιτητο να γίνει εξειδικευμένη μελέτη του σημείου τοποθέτησης πυλώνα και να καθοριστούν τα ακριβή φορτία και υπολογισμοί των θεμελίων σε συνδυασμό με την σχετική γεωτεχνική μελέτη. Η συναρμολόγηση και τοποθέτηση των πυλώνων πρέπει να γίνει μόνο απο εξειδικευμένο προσωπικό και εξειδικευμένο στην αναρρίχηση, με χρήση όλων των μέσων σωματικής προστασίας γαι εργασία σε ύψος και κάθετη επιφάνεια. Σας υπενθυμίζουμε οτι η διεθνής νομοθεσία απαιτεί εξοπλισμό ασφαλείας αναρριχητη για εργασία σε ύψος τριών [3] μέτρων και άνω. Η εφαρμογή και χρήση τμημάτων πυλώνα TELEVES με μή-TELEVES υλικά ενδέχεται να προκαλέσει αποτυχία της εφαρμογής και σωματικό τραυματισμό. Η TELEVES και η EDISION δέν ευθύνονται για μή ενδεδειγμένη ή μή προβλεπόμενη χρήση των προϊόντων αυτών.
Τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά:
– Σωληνωτά στοιχεία ανοξείδωτου χάλυβα: 6 χιλιοστά
– Μέγιστο ύψος με ιστό 3 μέτρα: 7,5 μέτρα.
Προτεινόμενες διατάξεις εφαρμογής:
– Βάση + άνω τμήμα 1,25 + 3 μ. ιστός = 3,75 μέτρα συνολικό ύψος. Χωρίς ανάγκη αντιρίδων στήριξης.
– Βάση + άνω τμήμα 2,5 + 3 μ. ιστός = 5 μέτρα συνολικό ύψος. Χωρίς ανάγκη αντιρίδων στήριξης.
– Βάση + μεσαίο τμήμα 2,5 + άνω τμήμα 1,25 + 3 μέτρα ιστός = 6.25 μέτρα συνολικό ύψος. Χρειάζεται και σύστημα 3 αντιρίδων στήριξης απο το πάνω μέρος του άνω τμήματος (3 σημεία αντιρίδων @120 μοίρες).
– Βάση + μεσαίο τμήμα 2,5 + άνω τμήμα 2,5 + 3 μέτρα ιστός = 7,5 μέτρα συνολικό ύψος. Χρειάζεται και σύστημα 3 αντιρίδων στήριξης απο το πάνω μέρος του άνω τμήματος (3 σημεία αντιρίδων @120 μοιρες).
ΣΗΜΕΙΩΣΗ: ο υπολογισμός έγινε με δεδομένη την τοποθέτηση 0,5 μ του ιστού 3 μέτρων μέσα στο άνω τμήμα του πυλώνα, δηλαδή ο αναφερόμενος ιστός 3 μέτρων θα έχει προβολή 2,5 μέτρων πάνω απο το άνω τμήμα.
Product description:
TELEVES towers and tower accessories are made of zinced steel and bi-chrome coating and they are supplied in two types of finishing (RPR or poliester painting). They can be installed at heights from 1 to 50,5 m. Depending on the model, they implement turned or plugged raccors (SE finishing) for its union.
Fixing the lower section to the base in the proper vertical position, and then mounting the consecutive intermediate sections, which will be fixed with the corresponding guy-wire; the assembly is carried out by climbing the already placed sections and raising subsequently the section to be placed, using for it the adequate elevating tools. The climbing has to be made with the appropiate safety conditions (safety-belt, anchoring, etc.); there wont be more than two sections without shoring up. In case of coinciding two sections without guy-wire, auxiliary guy-wire will be used for the bracing of the sections during the set-up. The tower will be balanced adjusting the tension of the guy-wire and the using of proper balance-appliances.
First assembling the tower over the ground and raising it, once mounted, by means of a crane. This system can be used only with towers of heights lower than 18 meters in the model 180 and heights lower than 26 meters in the model 360.
Safety
If the installation of the tower is made on the roof, flat roof or other place of a building, the installer will take the necessary measures according to the indications of the architect responsible of the building, in order to know the mechanical resistance of these zones.

Note that 0,5 m of the 3m mast will be inside the tower upper section. Therefore, a 3m mast means a height of 2,5m.
